i. Introduction

“Business Easy Mix” is a kind of secure, handy, quick and optimal financial payment and settlement service rendered by the Bank for medium- and high-end customers on the basis of the savings payment and settlement network, and also a financial innovation of the Bank in the online settlement area.      

“Business Easy Mix” uses the EPOS as the carrier, customers can accordingly handle various payment, collection, fund transfer, postal remittance, bill payment, credit card repayment, inquiry and other payment and settlement businesses.

ii. Functions 

1.Collection 

Collection from an account of the Bank: It can be realized by transferring the fund from a personal settlement account of the Bank to the master card account of “Business Easy Mix”.

Collection from an account of other banks: It can be realized by transferring the fund from a debit card with the logo of China UnionPay of other banks to the master card account of “Business Easy Mix”, and the handling fee will be paid by the merchant of master card. (Note: The terminal can't load the function automatically without the application of “Business Easy Mix” customer.)

2.Payment

Payment to personal account: It can be realized by transferring the fund from the master card account of “Business Easy Mix” to a personal settlement account of the Bank. 

Payment to corporate account: It can be realized by transferring the fund from the master card account of “Business Easy Mix” to a corporate settlement account of the Bank. 

Interbank payment: It can be realized by transferring the fund from the master card account of “Business Easy Mix” to an account of other banks. If the transaction amount does not exceed RMB50,000 (exclusive), the handling fee for such interbank transaction will be paid by the payer.

3.Transfer

Mutual shift between time deposit and demand deposit: It can realize mutual shift between time deposit and demand deposit in the master card account of Universal Green Card under “Business Easy Mix”. 

Mutual shift between current deposit: It can realize mutual fund transfer between personal accounts of the Bank. (Note: The terminal can't load the function automatically without the application of “Business Easy Mix” customer.) 

4.Postal remittance

Remittance by address: It is a function that transfers the fund in the master card account of “Business Easy Mix” to the payee at a designated address, the payee can accordingly withdraw the fund at the outlet of PSBC by holding his/her valid identity certificate and remittance note. The single remittance amount cannot exceed RMB50,000.

Password-based remittance: A customer who has subscribed the “Business Easy Mix” can, by setting the withdrawal password, transfer the fund in the master card account to a certain payee. The payee can withdraw the fund according to the withdrawal password. The single remittance amount cannot exceed RMB50,000.

Remittance inquiry: Customers who have subscribed the “Business Easy Mix” can inquire about the status of an outward remittance.

5. Bill payments 

Through this function, customers of master card of the “Business Easy Mix” can subscribe the automatic payment of phone bill, electricity charges and other public utility fees. Please contact local PSBC branch for concrete information of bill payments. 

6. Credit card repayment

This function can repay the credit card of PSBC through Universal Green Card.  

7. Inquiry 

Balance inquiry: Customers can inquire about the balance in accounts with the logo of China UnionPay, and also the balance in time sub-account of Universal Green Card of PSBC. 

Transaction inquiry: Customer can inquire about the detailed information of the last ten transactions of the master card account of “Business Easy Mix”. 

Last transaction inquiry：Indicate the last successful transaction of the “Business Easy Mix” terminal.

Star-level inquiry: Customers can inquire about the star-level of personal account of PSBC.

iii. Features

Secure: You need not to take a large quantity cash and can handle the business at home. 

Quick: Real-time transfer and rapid fund turnover, and free from the restriction on banking business hours. 

Low fee: Differentiated preferential rate for the handling fee is set for different star-level customers. 

iv. Business flow

1. Please take the following materials to the PSBC outlet and fill out the Application (Modification, Cancellation) Form for Business Easy Mix of Postal Savings Bank of China to apply for the “Business Easy Mix”: 

(1) For the application of “Business Easy Mix” for operating or business place: 

A. Original and copy of your personal identity certificate; 

B. Original and copy of business license of your industrial economic establishment, or other materials that can prove the legitimacy of your operation qualification; and 

C. Green Debit Card of PSBC in your own name; 

D. In case of subscribing featured business, other material, in addition to the aforesaid materials, shall be provided according to the business type. 

(2) For the application of “Business Easy Mix” for family use: 

A. Original and copy of your personal identity certificate; 

B. Copy of the certificate of real estate where the “Business Easy Mix” is to be placed. In case of the public housing without the certificate of real estate, the copy of leasing voucher or other valid use voucher of the public housing shall be provided; and 

C. Green Debit Card of PSBC in your own name. 

2. When canceling the “Business Easy Mix”, you should take your valid real-time identity certificate and the binding Green Card to handle the procedures for cancellation at the original outlet where you subscribed the business. You may not entrust an agent to handle the business.
