i.Introduction

Universal Green Card is a debit card issued by PSBC and that integrates the accounts and wealth management accounts in different forms, currencies and fund statuses and manages the fund activities in many personal accounts.

ii.Functions and features 

1．Multiple functions and comprehensive management: You can take the Universal Green Card to handle the time and demand deposit & withdrawal at any of the PSBC outlets nationwide, and withdraw the money from any of the ATMs with the logo of China UnionPay. Besides, by holding the Universal Green Card, you can handle the deposit & withdrawal of lump-sum deposit & withdrawal, time/demand optional deposit and call deposit at local PSBC outlet. 

2．Random mutual shift and wealth management at ease: You can shift the idle demand fund in the Universal Green Card to lump-sum deposit & withdrawal, or time/demand optional deposit or call deposit, and vice versa. Furthermore, you can purchase the insurance, T-bonds, funds and wealth management products through the Universal Green Card.

3．Simple and handy: By holding the Universal Green Card, you can handle the fund transfer, consumption, online shopping and payment of phone, public utility fees and other businesses.

4．Convenient and worry-free management of supplementary cards: You can apply for a supplementary card, and manage the monthly spending limit of the supplementary card at ease. By holding a supplementary card, the card holder can handle the withdrawal, consumption, outgoing fund transfer, inquiry of available spending limit and other business. However, no fund can be transferred into the supplementary card.  

5．Agreed transfer and free customization: By holding the Universal Green Card, you can handle the agreed transfer business, freely set the reserve amount, amount to be transferred, deposit type to be transferred and period of transfer, making the mutual shift between time account and demand account more convenient. 

iii.Business flow

1．You can take your valid real-name certificate and go to a PSBC outlet to fill out the dedicated application form and apply for a Universal Green Card. 

2．You can take your valid real-name certificate, the Universal Green Card and valid real-name certificate of the holders of supplementary cards and go to the local PSBC outlet to apply for the supplementary cards of the Universal Green Card. Agency application for a supplementary card is not allowed. 

3．You can take your valid real-name certificate and the Universal Green Card and go to any of the PSBC outlets to handle the agreed transfer business, or ask an agent to take his/her, as well as your valid real-name certificate to handle the business on behalf of you.  

iv.Warm tips 

The customer of supplementary cards of a Universal Green Card shall assume the legal liability arising from the transaction of those supplementary cards. Any assets generating from the supplementary cards shall be attributed to the customer.
