User Guide for Corporate Online Banking

1. Sign the service agreement and fill in the application form

Customers need to go to the the account opening branch to apply for online banking services. Customers shall fill in the Corporate Online Banking Sign-up and Information Maintenance Application Form and the Corporate Online Banking Review Process Maintenance Application Form and sign the Online Banking Corporate Customer Service Agreement of Postal Savings Bank of China.

2. Submit relevant materials

Customers shall submit the original copy and photocopy of their legal person identity document, organization code certificate (both original and duplicate are accepted), business license (both original and duplicate are accepted) or relevant approval documents. If the above three certificates are in one, then the organization code certificate and tax registration certificate are not required. If it is applied by an agent, he/she should provide the original copy and photocopy of his/her ID card and the power of attorney.

3. Purchase Ukeys

Customers who have activated the professional version of corporate online banking shall purchase UKeys from the account opening branch. The number of Ukeys is determined based on the number of operators and should be the same as the number of operators using the digital certificate.

4. Receive the password letter and digital certificate

After verifying the customer’s identity and qualification for corporate online banking, the account opening branch will issue the operator password letter and UKeys (containing the operators’ digital certificates).
