It is a type of RMB loan granted by PSBC to a borrower (excluding SMEs), which is secured by the undue corporate time CD as the collateral. 

Relatively high amount: at maximum 90% of the CD amount is available; 

Simple procedures and quick: upon the principle of customer orientation, granting the loan in the shortest time. 

Diverse varieties: either guarantee portfolios or single guarantee by CD pledge is accepted.
