Commercial Property Mortgage Loan


It means the RMB-denominated loan granted by PSBC to the commercial property owner eligible for bearing the loan or the third-party operating institution approved by and over whom the owner actually controls. The loan is secured by the commercial property illegally possessed by the owner as mortgage and repaid by the operating revenue of the property as the principal repayment resource. 

Flexible term: with the term of five years generally, and may be 10 years at the longest, determined reasonably according to the customer's concrete demand; 

Reasonable pricing: the interest rate lowering range is determined reasonably according to the customer’s comprehensive contribution;
