Agency payment and receipt refers to a business that PSBC, upon the entrustment of corporate customers (like government organs, nonprofit institutions and enterprises) or personal customers, handles the settlement business on an agency basis, like payments and receipts, for the entrusting corporate or personal customers.

i. Self-service consumption: After receipt of the notice for bill payment, a customer can pay the designated amount to the payee through the counters in outlets, self-service devices, online banking, phone banking and other channels of the Bank.

ii. Batch agency receipt: By signing the agency receipt agreement with the Bank through the counter in an outlet or any other electronic channel, A customer can entrust the Bank to automatically deduct the fund from a designated account through the banking system, in accordance with such agreement.

iii. Batch agency payment: By signing can sign the agency payment agreement with the Bank, A customer can entrust the Bank to automatically pay the fund to a designated account through the banking system, in accordance with such agreement.
