PSBC provides customers with multiple channels to enable them know about the account information, and timely monitor the fund flow of their own accounts and the branches’ accounts. Specifically:

1. Paper bank statement and electronic bank statement are provided on a regular basis;

2. SMS notice is sent to remind the balance of customers’ account, large-amount transaction, account transaction journal and other information of the account.
